when i first got my moped, i didn't really pay attention to what oil i used, but now that i've given it more thought, im just curious as to what 2 stroke oil seems to work best in your honda elite, or spree.

Greetings:
Stock engines do just fine on Honda-san's Approved GN-2.
Worldwide scooter conflagrations start with the mention of any other specific brand.
Motul 927 Offroad synthetic resulted in very little carbon in 500 miles in my Corsa.
Let the pandemonium begin; OIL FIGHT!!

I am of the opinion that most any major brand name oil should work fine, especially if it is an engine manufacture. Major brand name does not include Walmart or any of the oil companies.

For most Sprees, the Wal-mart brand injector oil is fine but not 'best'. The spree is not a high performance engine, Honda designed it so that you could run about anything through it.
