Does anyone know where I can get a bystarter gasket for an 85 Elite 150 or can I make one or use silicone gasket cement?

The only seal required by the bystarter is the o-ring. An o-ring can be gotten at a auto parts store, hardware store or a Harbor Freight assortment box. Don't be using silicone as you will end up with a plugged bystarter passage.
