Want to go to a taller tire than 3.00x10

I have a 2000 Elite 50s and would like to know what is the tallest tire I can run on it. It is totally stock and after doing some measureing it looks like a 3.50x10 will almost fit, but not with the stock muffler. It looks like it will hit on the center stand bumper. I am useing the measurements from a Kenda 3.50x10 tire. What have people found?
