Media Blasting and Powder Coating

I decided to invest some money to start a media blasting and powder coating business. I do have 10+ years doing body work and painting but I have to admit that powder coating is new to me but it really is a nice, durable finishing process.
Although I have not been on this site a whole lot, my favorite hobby is working on small engines and rotary engines. These hobbies are now linked with what I will be doing full time. I decided I would offer my online friends a good discount if you wanted some of your parts re-finished. I figure the only parts that would not kill you on postage would be wheels, carb parts, springs and tranny covers. I will post my elite parts when I get to them but thought I would post this to see if anyone would be interested. Attached is a wheel set I did for a customer today in satin black.
I am thinking just 20 to blast and refinish a tranny cover with a color I have in stock, postage will probably be about 20 as well so I am not trying to get rich off this!

Greetings:
Very nice, professional-looking results. You will get rich if you charge $20 to ship a tranny cover however. The Elite/Aero/Spree items fit in a $5.95 Priority Flat-Rate "Small" box.

How much do you think you would charge for wheels?

I just mailed my dremel off to the MFG in a 5.95 flat box and it barely fit but maybe a tranny cover will fit in one too. I don't plan on making money on shipping, whatever it takes to send is what I will charge on the return.
I will do all those parts in the picture the same color for 60. Prepped and Coated, just try to take all rubber pieces, heavy grease and bearings out.

For sure you will be getting a lot of businesss here with that price. The local shop charges $50 minimum, even if they are just throwing brake levers in with another job.

My goal is to get old Honda Scooters looking like new for a low price, I am an enthusiast too. Satin black is a sweet color with just enough sheen to look like it was made yesterday. I have access to over 6500 colors through my supplier so the sky is the limit. I am waiting on a shipment of chrome candy, metallics and neon finishes just to see how they look in person, I saw the chips and they look almost unreal.
I live in Mt. Vernon Virginia, right down the street from George Washingtons old pad.

Not Mt.Vernon, Washington; Mt Vernon,
Virgina ; you know the original one where George Washington actually lived.
