gas leaking from exhaust bottom bolt

only happens when i try to electric start it.still havent got it running yet,waiting on cdi.gaskets are in place,bolt is tight.why is this happening.

It's pulling in lots of gas that it's not burning, and puking it out the exhaust. Bet you've fouled that plug by now. Expect it to smoke a bit once you get it going.

its a brand new plug in it,i still dont know why it wont start,it sounds like it wants to fire righgt up,but i think the spark is not stong enough really really light blue,not like a 99 civic blue thoughif i cant get it start by nextt weekend i'm going to cut it up.

no dont cut it up... we can help just give us time... ok compression? gas? try starting it with a drill. rey tuning the carb, try starting fluid in the carb, try seeing if your oil pump is secured right. make sure alll the tubles are on. includuing the oil pump ti intake. comeone... we gotta get it started! o take of yor exoust and try to start it!
