Is a universal holder the only way to remove this thing?? I need to install a drive belt. If i have to buy this universal holder does anyone know where I can find one?

I'll choose the battery impact mahself cause it is more portable/ But there is a tool they make for the hondas that holds the bell and stock drive face. It is made by daytona. You might still be able to get one from cycle imports hawaii.

Mmm, 400+ ft/lb Snap-On. You guys need to get a compressor.
Seriously, the impact gun makes it easy to take apart, but won't tighten stuff to spec. You can make a clutch holder to remove the clutch, for the drive pulley you should remove the fan on the other side and hold it with a wrench. Otherwise you're just blasting it on with the gun and hoping you don't break the bolt... though this is the way it's often done.

I just use a 9.6 battery snap on.Works fine. Why would you want to remove the fan on the other side. That would be too much work for a belt.Just get the right tools.Like I said before daytona makes the tool already.

First if something is tightened to 400ft lbs on a moped something is wrong
Second 400 ft lbs aint nothing IR makes the most powerful air impact
titanium housing 1000 ft lbs,1/2 in drive
Third I have a 60 gal compressor

Just talking smack. Nothing on a scoot (or a car, for that matter) needs tightened to 400 ft-lbs. I actually had to buy my first in-lb torque wrench when I started working on these things.
IF you're changing front pulleys only and IF you don't own a torque wrench you can remove the fan to give access to the opposite crank bolt, thus allowing you to remove the front pulley nut.
Here's a home-built sample of a rear clutch holder. From

The very first time I had to take off the outer front pulley from my af05e engine, I took a strap wrench, and looped it around the outside pulley, and snugged it up. I then took a rachet, made a "cheater bar" by putting the rachet handle inside a 2 foot length of pipe.
I stood over the pulley, pushed down on the strap wrench in my right hand, and down on the cheated ratchet with my left.
It took some grunting, but the nut finally gave way. As a note, you may wish to wear some thick gloves while doing this, because you're sure to smash your hand.
I went out and bought an electric impact wrench shortly thereafter, but this certainly worked.

I used a large pipe wrench with long handles to grab the slots on the alternator cover while using a torque wrench on the drive pulley nut.
Just make sure you dont damage the alternator coils!

i drilled 2 holes in a chanle lock wrench, then put metal rods in both holes and welded them in, works good to hold the cluch and flywheel.

I used the Diagram to make one and it worked perfectly... It cost me around 10 bucks to make
