I have narrowed the problem to the relay...

First question...DO YOU HAVE TO HOLD THE BREAK FOR THE STARTER BUTTON TO ACTIVATE THE STARTER??

If so, I need to plug the relay back in and try again.

IF NOT...Where can a guy purchase the 4 prong relay???

duh... commen sence... hold the brake uhh duh! yea it took me lie an hour t find that out on my first ped...

ONE OF THE BRAKES MUST BE ENGAGED TO START THE SPREE. BE SURE TO VERY CAREFULLY CLEAN ALL THE CONTACTS ON THE STARTER RELAY. I TRIED FOR WEEKS TO MAKE MY STARTER WORK BEFORE FINALLY NARROWING THE PROBLEM DOWN TO POOR CONTACT IN THE FOUR PRONG STARTER RELAY PLUG. YOU CAN REMOVE THE METAL HOUSING ON THE STARTER RELAY AND CLOSE THE POINTS BY HAND TO TEST THE STARTER. BE SURE SWITCH IS ON AND BRAKE IS ENGAGED. THERE IS NOT ENOUGH CURRENT TO SHOCK YOU.
