Where is the gear box oil, and how do you change it?

My aero takes only 3 oz.... you should've seen how nasty the stuff that had been sitting in it was...

What I did was just drain it by tipping the bike over, filling it with the 3 oz, threading the plug back in, ran it for a minute, and did it again twice as to really get the old stuff out.. I used regular 10w30 oil.
