Question about honda spree killswitch problem

I had a question about the killswitch on the honda spree. I swapped out the frame on the spree and reassembled it on a new frame and everything works fine except for my killswitch. i checked and double checked all the connections on the wiring harness and they are all nice and tight. The problem is when i hit the kill switch to off, it will shut off all the lights, but doesnt cut the engine. The engine just continues to run. Am i missing a connection somewhere or what? I know the killswitch works because before i swapped the frames it was working fine. Anyone have any ideas?

you could check and make sure the green and black wires from the ignition are not backwards if they aren't you should be able to kill the engine by turning the ignition to off instead of using the switch on the handlebar at least until you figure it out :D
