so i took it apart took that throttle stop out. they just put a piece o plastic in the throttle spring to keep it from going all the way. I found that the top of the air intake has been chopped up. there are multiple holes drilled in int and a large chunck missing. I am going to change out the top and hopefull that will fix the issue. I think its just getting too much air...

so i covered all the holes. and still the same issue. i wonder if there is an issue with carb - sending too much gas. Its great a lower speeds just when you give it full throttle it just boggs down and dies out..

You're running lean if it's doing that. You've either got an air leak in the intake, something's loose, or your air filter's screwed up.

i am not sure why they cut all those holes in the air filter cover. But i used elec tape to cover all of them except a little sopt for some air to come in. I drain all the oil and bleed the lines. Blew it out with compressed air, added new oil, let it run at idle for about 10 mins. I justed finished test running it. Its not choking out now at full throttle.
thanks everyone. I will check later to make sue once it has cooled down, that everything is still running smooth..
How much smoke should be comming out, a cloud or just tiny ammounts?

Clouds at first (choked or been off the road awhile,) then nearly nothing. Make sure you're using 2-stroke injector (red) oil. Green stuff fouls plugs and smokes more.
Contact Greg at
uspmale@yahoo.com for a new cover, or just cover up the holes like you're doing.
