ok so for the tires I got Cheng Shin highway tires. 2.5x10 in front and 2.75x10 in the rear both with tubes. and so far I love them gained some atleast 3 mph from when I first bought the Spree and the speedo was still working.
here is a photo of the tire.
I do beleive its c917 model. mine is slightly different but but same tread.

Putting the 2.75X10 on the front will partially correct the speedometer error. It will also improve the ride and steering.

Spree speedometers have a pretty healthy and optimistic error in them. My Spree 's speedometer reads 30 but my GPS says 27.9 mph. My Aero 80's speedometer says 43 mph while the GPS say 39.8 mph.

Maybe your gps has a pessimistic error.
Jk. The gps should be accurate

It is a Garmin RINO 530HCx handheld, it is about 60% more accurate than my Garmin RINO 120 handhelds. Picks up at least twice the satellites which boost the * out of the accuracy.

I had that tire on my spree (rear) but, a 3.0 X 10 better ride. Good tire and price as well.

Interestingly the 2.75X10 tire I have hit the center stand had to grind on it for clearance.
