I just picked up a non deluxe ch150, the thing runs great, but no turn signals.
the front two running lights work if you put on the left signal, the left bulb goes out, and right stays on same thing if I switch to the right, the left comes on and right goes out. If I unplug the front signals, the dash lights up properly indicating the corresponding signal on the dash and the audible switch clicks once each way. At no time do I have rear signals out all. Bulbs seem good, do you think it is the relay or something else. running out of thoughts here. tested harness just can not figure out way rears will not light it is almost like the get no power for some reason.

I've never worked on a 150, but from your description:

Front and Rear turn signal filaments are not being powered. If I've followed correctly, when you state when the left signal is activated, the left running light is out, *and* the left signal is not on. Same scenario goes for the right side. So Front/Rear signals on both sides are not working at all.

Put a meter between the turn signal switch side of the flasher and ground. It must pulse +12v to flash.
