well done looks good. I see you have the same little pin holes in the aluminum as I had. they had me worried at first
not sure what else you can or should do.

Yeah the pin holes are just casting marks I think. I was looking at them at first to. I am still not sure on what size carb. Thanks

It all depends on what your scoot's mission in life is. I still wanted alright fuel economy so i went with a small carb.
If you want a flat out dragster with a giant exhaust then the 28-33mm carbs seem to be the way most people are going

The 24 or 21 would be a good choice.

did you for get to put in a wrist pin clip
I spy one on the table
How did you get your wife to let you put that together on the kitchen table

No did not forget the wrist pin clips and as it goes for putting it together I could have done it on the bed and she wouldn't have seed nothing.
