elite 80 feels squirrely on the road sometimes

bike feels like it wobbles sometime while on the road but usually is fine. what could it be? its a 2000 elite 80

Front tire/wheel out of balance.
One of your shocks is shot, but just one.
Fork is bent.
Or that's just how those are.

or even you may just have a innertube bundle in your tire, it wioll bulge

If u have a spare front wheel try that and see if it runs the same.
