elite 80 feels squirrely on the road sometimes

bike feels like it wobbles sometime while on the road but usually is fine. what could it be? its a 2000 elite 80

Front tire/wheel out of balance.
One of your shocks is shot, but just one.
Fork is bent.
Or that's just how those are.

or you have bad wheel berings...

... or the swingarm bushings are toast. Grab rear wheel, pull side to side.

or even you may just have a innertube bundle in your tire, it wioll bulge

If u have a spare front wheel try that and see if it runs the same.
