Honda sa50 overheat

Hey guys any way to rig a liquid cooler or make my own for a air cooled bike ??

why do you want a water cooled scooter?
do you have a 50cc scooter?

Have a sa 50 elite Honda 2001 replaced the 50 cc with a 50 mm piston kit and a 78 jet I believe in the carb new racing cdi high output coil and oil pump is zipped open

You need a carb with a replaceable pilot jet not a water cooled bore.

Stock carb but main jet replaced I'm just having a heck of a time it's overheating bad blown 2 heads so far ... Rings were filed down when I opened head and piston was heavily scored and scratched

Trafficjamz is right you need a new carb so you can change both pilot and main jets.

at least put in a larger main. my 50mm came with a 100. Haven't seen temps over 307 after a long uphill run then stop at stop sign

I mean the last time I blew a cylinder it was scored and scratched badly ..
