Wat does a ncy torgue plate do?
How do I use it?
wich selection should I run?

the torque plate helps change how the trans shifts out. Its made more for circuit racing to keep the trans in the right gearing when you let off the throttle. its not for topend riding or for making your bike go the fastest topspeed.
