i think with my spree i hit 32mph and the elite with 65cc it went 45mph non bore kit it went 35mph.. oh and the black and orange spree lol went 94mph before the cops pulled alex over for doing a 94 in a 65...

I got my completely stock spree up to 36mph going down a slight hill...maybe like umm......1-2% grade...not steep at all.

my spree at its top speed whent over 40 miles and hour, the aero stock went 35mph with hispeed pully kit made the aero go 40+ the elite s went 25 mph stock, 38 mph with the restrictors grinded out, 45+ with the cheap pully kit that my aero had...

you may want to get clocked, cause im sure that isnt actuall speed. ;)

We've had a couple of posters that have self-reported 40MPH on '86 and '87 Spree... I'm still trying to duplicate the results on my '85 though.

when mine worked she went 34 on flat land with wind pushing me....29 on average It was an '86 spree

65 in the rain-radar, garmin wrist gps said 74 on downhill,and 70 on flats with no rain
but I know some 72cc's in the low 80's on the flats

will 2.75 x 10 tires on an 87 spree make the speedo read inaccurately?

prolly not, cause its the diamerter (the 10) that makes the diff in distance/rotation = mph formula thinggy.


Btw, if i wasn't too worried about overheating my spree(main method of transport) i could prolly get it to 40mph (stock) on some of the really steep hills where I live.
