how do i install the ramp plate

Please help instruct me onhow to remove the ramp plate and install a newer one,, also i was wondering if a no rev limit poerformance CDI would help my speed? please help me with anything you can, and thank you

I bought 3 Sprees in parts 2 years ago. I joined this forum to learn, but I also got manuals on ebay to learn. Get a shop manual, not an owners manual, it will be a great investment.
