Stock Top End Replacement Kit Options

I have an '85 Honda Spree that was leaned out and is only putting out 80 lbs. It's complete and was running well beforehand so I'm looking for a top end to replace the stock one that is toast. I have yet to tear it down, so I'm unsure of the current shape of the cylinder wall, however I'm assuming it will need more than just a hone.
I'm not really interested in big bore kits (which would require other modifications as well), I'm just looking to get her back on the road. What are my options? Are there some decent aftermarket kits that would require no further modifications?

Unless there's an eBay kit like the one for NH80 recently reported, your non-Big-Bore option is pretty much Honda's stock replacement parts.

There are replacement top end kits on ebay. 41mm kit of unknown quality and performance. You could get a piston and rings from Honda.

You go with a stock top end, when for the same money or less you can go BBK?

Do most BBK's require other modifications such as airbox, exhaust, etc.?

All BBKs will require additional oil. Most will run with rejetting the carb. To achieve top performance, you need to do additional work.

Can additional oil be delivered through the stock system or do you have to premix? I'm fine with re-jetting, I just don't want to have to buy a ton of other crap when all I want is for it to run again.

The 44mm Spree BBK will give added acceleration and run with the stock carb. The 48mm really should be run with a larger carb IMO.
No, I have not seen a bolt on pump or a way to increase the stock pumps output. You can keep the stock pump and just add an ounce (as an example, actual amount wil vary) to the gas tank when you fill up at a station or run a light supplemental premix in a fuel jug/carry can.

I PM'd Taz the other day, he doesn't sell the 44mm kits anymore. Its only stock 41mm or 48mm kits now.
