Honda Spree and Elite 50 Forums

Hello!

New to the forums. My buddy has a 1985 Honda Aero NB50M(AF05E) and I'm trying to get this thing running for him. I just ordered a new piston and ring kit since the compression was around 90 psi. Cylinder looks good still.

All I need are the gaskets! This guy on eBay has two complete sets but doesn't know which of them will fit my engine so here I am.

Neither of those have the intake gasket you will need. The '85 used a two bolt intake instead of a four bolt. The second link is closer to what you want.

Consider a liberal buttering with your favorite hi-temp grease before bolting it down and this hard-to-find gasket can be used more than once. Comes apart like buttah!

The two bolt intake gasket is still available from Honda.

You need two of them.

Also all the gaskets for the 1985 Aero 50 are available from Honda. Only the gasket sets are discontinued.
