A list of tools needed to fix anything on a 50cc Honda scooter

socket set 17mm 14mm 12mm 10mm 8mm and a spark plug socket.

10mm wrench is a must have.

compression tester (14mm)

#2 Phillips screwdriver

#1 flat screwdriver for adjusting jets

Strap wrench for holding clutch bell

Spark plug gap gauge

Flywheel puller tool

Tusk tool (crank install tool)

Torque wrench

Tire spoons

Small Tire Changer

Metric Allen Wrenches

Needle nose pliers

Tire Pressure Gauge

Cordless Impact Wrench (For disassembly ONLY)

Bearing separator

39mm socket for clutch nut

45mm socket for handle bars and forks

Universal pulley holders

Snap ring pliers

Hose cutter

DVM

Wire strippers

Wire crimpers

Battery charger

Air compressor and tire gauge

Thread chasers

Cleaning brushes and wire for carb cleaning.

7mm for removing restrictor and grease plates

Bearing puller for transmission case bearings and wheel bearings

Sharpie markers for marking the Variator

Gram scale for measuring roller weights.

Digital calipers for measuring belt thickness

Syringe for transmission oil

4mm wrench.... cause eliteguy50 said I need one :wink:

Spring Pullers

Digital Camera

soldering iron

Heat gun

Jumper leads

20 ton press for pressing gears

Magnetic parts bowl

Kneeling pad or knee pads (you older guys know what I'm talking about) :wink:

Wash tank big enough to put the whole engine in for cleaning.

Glass bead cabinet for serious cleaning.

crankcase pressure and vacuum tester

Steering wheel puller tool, to separate the case halves
