I am about to get a bore kit and a few other things for my Aero.
Should I go ahead and get the Polini kit that comes with the head? It is $75 more than the Metrakit kit, but does the head really make THAT much of a difference MPH wise? Now Carb kits, I was thinking an 18mm to keep some low end in the bike, Unless the 19 or anything bigger would work fine and not kill low end. Also, What is a good setup to go with for the tranny as far as weights and springs. I have a Kelli Variator now with the supplied rollers. Anything else recommended?

Theres not many in Texas. I have been looking for awhile. There is however, another Aero that I may pick up. It is complete minus the front turn signal lenses.

OK, so did anyone answer the question?
The Polini kits are higher quality than the Metrakits. Bottom line, how much do you plan to ride and how long does it need to last? Polini kits are as good as the OEM hardware, Metrakits less so.
