CMR 82cc Dio Big Bore Kit

Post by 1.8tbsl »

My setup right now is:
AF16 on a sym dd50
CMR 82cc Dio Big Bore Kit
28mm oko carb with 130 main and 39 pilot
PG long
8.4:1 gears
ZX trans
Keli vari with 36g total
stock clutch
black center spring(unknown brand)
yellow clutch springs(unknown brand)
Don't have a temp or rpm gauge

Right now it doesn't want to idle unless holding the throttle a little. It also takes off really slow and revs really high before it start moving. The center spring seems to be too soft because as soon as I start moving (maybe 5-10mph) it starts to compress and belt starts to slide down.

Is it trans tuning or jetting?

Use the 130 and see how it runs, it should be pretty close.

Most of my bikes needle position is one up from center.
