Roller rattle

I have a strange chatter at mid rpms sounds like my rollers are chattering and they have funny wear on them like they are choppy ?

your weights will only rattle at idle and never at mid range.

Just for the record new rollers and smoothing out the sharp edges on my ramp plate fixed the problem.

Greetings:

If the rollers are chopped up in more than 2 places, they will rattle at the bottom (middle) of the ramp. Should quiet down once they start pushing outward though. Glad the new ones cleared things up.
