Need advise...

I have 72cc Malossi MHR
28mm V8 exhaust
CT black manifold
28oko p60 m150

my problem bike runs hot at 1/8 throttle.

I tried many different pilot jet settings from 50-60.

not matter what jet i use i can turn the air/fuel screw all the way out and the bike still idles??

looked for air leaks with carb cleaner (tool off engine shroud to spray all around cylinder head gasket and base gaset as well as all around the manifold) no misses or changes in idle while spraying the carb cleaner.

I was told an air leak was my problem but i cant seem to find it.

already pulled the cylinder once and put in fresh gaskets.

compression 130psi

what could be my problem?

block is stock porting SYM DD50.

the intake is smaller than the AF16 but the stock boost port is the same size.

throttle cable on the carb. ... you might need to back down the slide setting.. it might be that the slide is set too high up..

thanks.

i have the ilde screw turned almost all the way up and the slide is barley comming off the bottom. how can i adjust the slide height?

i have the stock crank and just used the base and head gasket that came with the kit "Malossi".

how would i lower compression malossi comes with O-ring head gasket.

i usually get 130-140psi with the 72cc malossi and Polini.

what would be the reason i can remove the air/fuel screw and the bike still idles/runs ??
