1995 Honda SA50 Vision (UK Version)

Picked this scooter up on eBay for £150 GBP alongside a complete machine for my neighbour. I got the pile of bits as payment for getting the good bike running. I had to source a motor, but the only things missing were the Front Brake Cable, Speedo Cable and battery, even all the bulbs were intact and working. I got rid of the rust, gave everything a good cleaning and painted the frame and forks. I have got it running and put it all together, before tearing it down again a few weeks in order to do a decent paint job. These Scooters were everywhere in the UK once, but I have not seen one on the road for years. Now there are two on the same street!! Great fun to ride and virtually bulletproof if looked after. I am looking forward to years of burbling around town and will be on the lookout for more Honda Scooters as I have got the bug again. 
I'm glad that you got it back on the road again. I love to see other (old and new) scoots on the road too.
