89 elite want to build

I just bought an 89 elite and I want to build it to make it do 50 60mph somewhere around there. And or make it do wheelies. I wanna know wat all I need to buy and how much its gonna cost me, and I would also like some websites or local shops with the best performance parts. Thanks in advance. I will be uploading pics from start to finish of my first elite build

Step 1 Take the engine off
Step 2 throw it in the garbage.
Step 3 swap in a dio
