Look who paid me a visit while I was messing with my scooters this morning

yea I hate those banana trees. i made my mom plant them out there instead of the flowerbed in front of the house since we have to dig them up every year and put them under the house so they dont get frost bitten and die. as for the red collar, it is actually just a piece of red material my mom tied around the deer's neck. We raised the doe we found her almost dead and gave her antibiotics and stuff. That was about 7 or 8 years ago, now she comes to visit every so often about every 3 to 6 months. My mom keeps something bright tied around her neck so that people will know we raised her so they wont shoot her.

thats cool about the doe ... as for the banana tree i have a meyer lemon tree up here in mich have to bring it in side ever winter my self

yea she usually doesnt bring her babies with her so I was suprised she got so close this monring so that i could get the baby in the picture too

Im glad the people around there respect the fact that it was some sort of pet and for shoot it. No is that a known fact or did your mom go around and tell people?

Its a combination true72, most people that live close and that know us my mom has told. The rest either have heard it from someone or know that a deer with something tied around its neck has been domesticated at some point, It is a wonder she has survived this long We have raised other baby deer that had either been abandoned or the mother killed. We have never kept them in cages, my mom will get them back to health in the house then let them go in the yard

first time in 12 years... spotted less than 10 blocks away about 4 hours ago... and may have been out back last night... next door neighbor found the remains of a rabbit on their upstairs patio table this morning....
