Diff oil change

While I have the engine assy. out of my '85 Spree I went ahead and drained the rather small amount of gear lube out of the diff. YUCK! It is stinky and nasty. I used the search feature but still a little unclear, should I flush now especially since it's so easy? What can I safely use as a flush? I have some Honda 80w90 gear lube left over from my ATVs, use or not? Fill it back up just until it trickles out of the fill/drain plug like my ATVs? I live in Florida so there is no winter storage and I'm well over the 175 lb "limit" so the diff gets a workout!
Thanks guys!

I have no clue wither, but have you checked the Honda Spree Service Manual located in the Technical Documents forum? It might say there. Good luck on your quest :D

Use 2-stroke oil in crankcase, nothing else (or heavier.) Flush by filling and dumping, holds about 4 oz.

I found my own official answer tonight. From the Honda NQ50 shop manual on CD. 10W40 oil, fill to bottom edge of the oil level check hole. Glad I got this CD with the scooter! :D
