The Aero will need some serious inspection involving wrenches and screwdrivers.
Addition of a new battery is the FIRST thing.
After you get the battery in, report back with some info.
You will need to tell people what you are seeing and hearing....my crystal ball has a low battery.

If she was running when she was put up and kept indoors probably not much.
What she will definitely need would be a new battery. fresh gas, carb cleaning, and a new spark plug. I would also recommend draining all the old 2 stroke oil and using it in a weed wacker or a leaf blower or chainsaw and putting some nice amsoil or motul 2 stroke oil in the tank and a little Marvel Mystery oil in the gas.
IF she was running well when she was put up and you do all that stuff I would put money on it that she will fire right up with a shot of ether.
It would be totally worth it too.
The Aero 125s are just too bad. They are awesome machines.
2 stroke = kickass.
125cc 2 stroke = way kickass.
