Does anyone know what springs I need to get to get my clutch to engage much higher, like 2500 to 3500rpm range. Im thinking more like 3500. I havent played around with the clutch yet and Im thinking I can really improve the takeoff of my spree.

Nobody makes thicker springs for the Spree, which are shorter than the Aero/Elite clutch springs. Some have reported heating the hooks of Aero/Elite aftermarket springs and re-bending them to match up with the length of the stock Spree springs. Springs for the "big" scooters come in 3 flavors of stiffer; +1, 2 and 3K. Another option is to grind material off the clutch "shoes" so that the same stiffness spring holds them back from engaging awhile longer. Be sure the two shoes weigh exactly the same, and grind the same spot for both or risk a very buzzy, jiggly clutch.

Either way, he problem with higher-RPM engagement is that the clutch will slip a TON on its way to full engagement, very possibly overheating. Sprees make decent torque just off-idle but remember idle is 1800 RPM. Do you have a tach? If not I suspect your engagement speed is already 3000, and a "+1000" spring is probably as stiff as you should go.

Thanks so much for the info, very helpful. I knew you would have the answer. I have both analogue and digital tachs. My clutch engages pretty early like 2500 or so. I might just try the +1000 springs and re bend em and see how it goes. I definitly wont be doing any grinding as I want to return to the previous state if the springs suck. In the stock state my spree has really decent take off but I have been modding a little and changed my bottom end
