Checked petcock, works great. Screws are set to stock on Carb. Adjusted jets from leanest ones I own to richest and every combination in between. Took a whole day.

Needle is in the middle. Pilot is 42, main is 105. This was my most successful Carb setting on my last engine before I ruined an oil seal and swapped this engine in.

Spark plug is brand new gap is whatever it comes with. Plug was not wet when I pulled it to check compression. BPR7S is what I've always used.

There are two occasions(in the vid) that the engine gives out a couple of "pfftts" when it dies.
Those sound very suspicious....like an exhaust leak or vacuum leak.

The intake was resealed when I reinstalled it. Think it could be the case gasket or oil seals?

You may be right. I would be looking at those two as possible.

Is the spark plug torqued properly. It also sounds like its lean all around.
