The ONE thing you should do is replace the petcock so fuel is not permitted to pass through the petcock unless vacuum is applied. When vacuum controlled petcocks fail, some people will opt to install a traditional mechanical unit inline. With a malfunctioning petcock, fuel flow is controlled solely by the float needle. It is common for floats to fail when trying to hold back the pressure of fuel in the tank when not being shut off properly by the petcock. It shouldn't happen theoretically, but it does.... :?

This switch you installed is not working then, eh ?
Possible obstruction at the float needle not allowing it to fully seat....Clean, Inspect needle tip, set float level

I assumed this statement meant that the leaking was continuous.
Under this assumption, a good petcock would not permit continuous leaking.
Could be I have a poor understanding of your statement....Rock-on

Ok so i got float level right. :-) well i think. now it will run for 5 min then bog out but no pee gas out :-)

I have a 115 jet in now should i go up or down?

Im thinking jetting up like its not getting enough fuel. ?

your main jet doesnt have much to do with idle. I would either clean it again. Or start the tuning process. main jet changes should be made via plug chops.

here is a chart

as you can see the main jet doesn't have much effect until 1/4 throttle, you should be playing with your air fuel ratio now.
