Where do hose lines run off of carburator for 2001 Elite?

Hey Guys,
I really need some help reassembling my 2001 Honda Elite carburator hoses.
I have a 1988 Elite. I took the carburator apart, put new gaskets in, cleaned and put back together with no problem. It runs great..does 35 mph easily.
I bought this 2001 Elite which was only topping at 22 mph. Thought I should clean and re-gasket it.
While I was doing this I put in a fuel shut-off line.
When I put it back together, it was total chaos. It started..but still only ran about 22-24 mph. In addition, it has now started to leak gas like a sieve from the hose connected to the bottom port.
I have screwed up royally on something!!!
Would someone please look at the pics and tell me what hoses I have hooked up wrong?
Also, I have a bottom vent without a hose hooked to it!! Ugh. My elderly mind is making me crazy because I forget stuff. Usually I take pics BEFORE, and DURING the time I disassemble something so I can put it back together right. This has been a hard lesson to learn on this one.
Thanks for your help!
