Honda Spree and Elite 50 Forums

I have an 1984 honda spree. Does it have a drain plug for the gear oil? I dont see one. I see where you can add gear oil but no drain??

That is correct, the Honda Service Manual does not list a drain plug.

Suction the oil out OR open the drain and let your scooter lie down OR break the gasket seal.

and the oil that goes there is not gear oil.

regular motor oil goes in the gears.
