An auxiliary fuel tank for the sa50 elites? Put me down for one.
Interested in seeing what you would come up with for capacity, and how you would mount it.
Thanks Brandon for your great products. I'll be watching this thread.

Id be interested in a grab bar for elite. Hard to pick up the end after you add the flush tails.

Looks a lot more sleek with the grab bar. Rack is too bulky. I would just leave the stock tails if I was gonna use the stock rack

How about easy stuff with high appeal and return?
Since you've been showing laser cut stuff, maybe fancy looking dash components to mount - tach + CHT or Trailtech Vapor?

How about a Ruckus-style gas tank so we can get it off the frame behind the seat and run a low-profile seat similar to a Ruck's. Skelly SA50's would be so much sexier and riding position wouldn't be so high.

If you can make one of these headlight kits for the nifty fifty with round headlight I would be very keen! If not then I will have to buy a USA Spree headset!

that is bright
was wondering did you look into mounting the lights down low
like behind the wheel
wondering if they would work and even fit down there

Has anyone else seen Batteries Not Included? The original fabricated headlamp replacement reminds me a lot of it and is too d*** cute!

[quote="graphite9"]ok, here are the preliminary sketches of the BMX handlebar clamp. Plan on it being billet. Any suggestions on other billet parts?

I would say make the .38 dim where the bolts go through wider depending on what size bolt you would use
than in the top part of the clamp use a countersunk socket head screw would make for a cleaner look
than are you goin to thread the bottom part of the clamp ?
just a thought
or to make a really clean look
blind tap the top clamp blocks
and countersunk the holes from the bottom of the clamp
sorry about the butcher job but like this

just a thought

Can't see the picture for some reason. Might've deleted it from your photobucket maybe. If you could repost the pic of the trail tech vapor mounted that would be great! Thanks.
