Weird noise at idle

I have what I describe as a knock or tick thought it was my CVT but ripped that apart and everything looks good, but a low idle around 1300 to 1600 rpm it makes this noise and it just started randomly any ideas? I have a molassi MHR 72cc big bore and a molassi crank

1 of 2 problems- a fresh bore kit on an older crank wil cause a knock at idle, worn ramp guides will cause the wieghts to rattle.

Brank new crank at the same time as the bore kit I will look into a new ramp I thought it was just the roller weights but put new ones in and the noise was still there

maddog was saying the ramp guides the 3 little thing that are on the ramp plate not the ramp plate...
