New to dio builds
I have always been jog horozontal but since my move to the mainland from Hawaii the jogs are harder to find so I decided to get a dio

Got a awesome deal on this mint 01 elite s
622 miles and stored in a climate controlled garage for 12 years..it only has 1 summer of riding on it before owner could no longer ride it and let it sit
It still had the original wrapping In the seat bucket!

This is my first dio build so I am open to any experienced opinions
My plans so far
Corsa or mhr bore still undecided
Malossi vari
28 oko?
Intake and reeds?
Scorpion or pg?
8-1?
Stage 6 or polini clutch
Koso tach
I may try dr pulley sliders they worked well in jogs
Jap tail kit (already ordered)

3 stock carbs all should be complete 2 I believe to be unused

Stock air box

Stock rear taillights and rack

Stock mirrors

Stock bore (ran fine)

Stock variator clutch and gears

Stock intake

Possibly more as the time comes lmk if your interested in anything everything on the bike is in GREAT condition nearly new

that is single bearing gear cover..

What about the single bearing gear cover? Never worked with dio gearing yet
