Advice for tuning carb help

My bike runing really rich im at point clue less what going on.
Corsa
Mini stroke
28 oko
Ct mani
Kelly pully 1500tq spring stock clutch.

I jetted down alot not sure what going on...

Main 135 poilt 52 clip on carb one above middle if ask me that really lean and bike runing rich eats gas an my engine temp stays under 250 bogs from stop and till half trottle. Clears up when wot but bogs out when go under wot. Sorry for bad gramer or type po's

Did squish band test good clearance. Motor ported it ran fine befor only when swap motor back to other moped acting like this.. Only thing i swap out was my gearing an swap old one back in. Not sure if my carb or mani fold
