In the US we had the 83-84 NB50, 85 NB50, then things settled down for 86-87. We had 3 cranks to deal with.

In your country it's may be difficult too - Vision, Vision Met and a Vision X? We do not see those cycles here, but member's abroad may have an exact answer.

-- US Crank info --
1983-84 NB50 Crank - 13000-GE8-000
1985 NB50 Crank - 13000-GN2-000 superseded by 13000-GN2-303
1986-87 NB50 and SE50 - 13000-GR1-000

-- US info used to determine vintage
If your engine has an AF05 stamped on it and so does the NE50 crank donor, check the intake for 2 bolt/4 bolt. For the US, 2 bolt was the 85 nb50 AF05, 4 bolt intake the 86-87 AF05.

When I rebuilt my 2 bolt AF05e on my 85 nb50, I noticed that the only difference between the 85 and 86/87 cranks was the crank pin diameter, with the later 86/87 pin being larger. They both share the same crank case bearings.
Another fact is that honda discontinued the needle bearing for the smaller 85 crank pin, but not the 86/87.

With that said I have no idea what crank the Ne50 sports, but if your nb50 shares either the same 2 or 4 bolt versions we have in the US, I'd recommend looking for the 86/87 nb50 or the 87 se50 crank, crank pin, and connecting rod.
