Long story short scored this bad boy second hand for 300$ 800miles and supposedly 72cc. Arreche 19mm tecnigas chrome. Spun the tire around and counted about 8 turns on the clutch bell

After a little jetting settled with low end that sucks can't seem to source a pilot jet that doesn't require 10+$ shipping smh a 95 main 32:1 needle in the middle + the 13g weights that came in it
Only gps run about a mile got it up to 54 mph @5500 rpm and she got hot 380┬░

Went 110 main needle up and staggered some 5g with the 13g saw 7200rpm still hot

Now she's back to 95 needle in middle 6.9g weights running out about 7200 and turning to 8500
Rarely gets over 320┬░

What jug do yall think am I rocking here?
What next? Hehe

the jug looks like it is aluminum.

That makes me think it is the niksal 78cc.

It could also be an Airsal 70cc. Those were popular in south florida, moped hospital sold those and the tecnigas pipes. That looks like a stock head. I also spied the blue cdi zip-tied to the frame.

You mean 95 main right? Try 6 gram weights..thats what weights come with that pipe

The arreche 19mm should have some pretty good low end. Could be the pipe thats holding it back also. And the cylinder is def an Airsal with stock head. More than likely it ran hot from too heavy of rollers and the engine was lugging. Make sure to check it is getting oil from the pump or premix.
Good score!

My 19mm arreche, 78cc airsal 48MM, motorio C16 copy pipe that came from Moped hospital used a 95 main jet and it is a much larger pipe than the technigas. So I wouldnt use larger jets I should have added earlier.
320 is a good temp.

The arreche fits to the stock manifold, it has the same style mating flange as long as you get the correct one. Flange mount not spigot mount.
