It was performed by Denny Mears at Flotek Performance out of Pa. He built a chuck to do our flywheels if anyone is interested. I believe it was 40$ a flywheel you pay chipping both ways. You can send him your FWs or let me know prior to it and I can set it up. Either way hes a wonderful person to deal with.

If youre ever curious as to if a sc10as (or vice versa) stator and pick up will work on an elite look at the flywheels wood ruff position. Direct relation to timing.
nice. I've actually been looking at this option as I know someone that does the same thing here locally (Oahu, HI); which is why I can vouch that this is a pretty good deal. Thanks for posting.
I just need to find a spare flywheel... so I can still ride while I wait...
interesting on the kymco the key way is oppisite the pick up strip but on the af16 its offset .My af18 is the same as your kymco flywheel .I wonder what the timing differences are between the jap af18 vs af16?
Zero difference in timing. It's the location of the pick up that keeps them timed. If there was any difference in timing cylinders would not be interchangeable.
