Honda Iowa Head Fits Honda Spree?

Hey guys thanks for looking at this. My friend has a honda iowa which looks like an urban express but he has no head for it and they are hard to find. Is it possible to put a honda spree head on a honda iowa? or onto a honda urban express?

IRC There is a slight bolt spacing difference, along with differences below:
The Urban Express head is set up to be cooled by air blasted straight on.
The Spree is cooled by forced air blown sideways.
Urban Express has a bore of 40mm, Spree is 41mm making the chamber a little off
Urban Express heads are currently present on eBay

You can use a honda hobbit or express head, go to buy/sell on moped army

Spree and express heads are interchangeable I have done it with my spree and my express
