will it fit is the question ? remember the centre hole on the ramp plate is smaller on the pal motor than the ruckus or even af16 elite.

i have built one of these for a mate (nzhonda) it had a tazz 44mm bbk ct intake with adapter 21mm carb high speed pully made for afo5e i made a chamber pipe oh and a slightly wider and longer belt .It went really well compared to a non vari spree motor take off was great it would cruise easy at 40mph and topped out around 48ish mph

you can get a malossi small shaft multivar kit .You can use the three clutch springs but you have to cut some of the hook off and bend a new hook too shorten the length of them crude but it works .

Greetings:

The crank diameter on the Variated (Aero, early Elite) AF05 engines is 12mm, which is smaller than that of the AF16 engines as well. Are the Spree cranks Aero-sized or smaller still? You can adapt the Ruck variator on those engines by using the stock pulley boss, but the ramp plate hole for a Ruck vario is too big, leading to some issues with maintaining alignment. I for one would like to see a pic of the Pal variator and its dimension.
