Break in /Tune Help On my 125cc Stroker..

Finally got everything together and have a few Questions about proper break in.

Basics.
125cc
Castor 927/E85 mix 32-1
30mm PWK
Jetting 190-65
NGK Bp8hs plug .25 gap

Started on the first kick and set Idle at about 1700.
What's best way to break in ? I've done about 5- heat cycles . 5,10,15,20,25 minutes so far. Letting it cool down in between each cycle...

According to the Trail Tech outside air Temp reading was about 105-deg
After 25-min running Max engine temp was 233-deg. I checked exhaust temp right at head with laser temp gun and max temp was 287-deg. Intake temp was reading 95-deg..

Any suggestions on proper break in ?

I ran about a half of a tank in my corsa.. then i started blasting.. been a year of cold starts and wot in 100 plus heat .. long wot 2 mile vespa races at the scooter rallye and no failure..I am 8 psi down on comp though but that could be the 2o year old seals. lol

Seals that are failing will be a significant drop of compression on a 2t. Also on a stroker it beats the innocence out of your bearings so take extra care when breaking in.
Just take it nice and slow. The amount of time that you do a heat cycle doesn't matter it's the temp you achieve and allow to cool. I reach over 275 degree to 300 then shut it down to sub 100. Do it on the stand for heat cycles not riding around. Do your break in on a level parking lot. Just be prepared to do a ton of mindless circling the lot.
It's your choice to break it in softly and last longer or go out tonight and ride it hard and put it away wet. I know racers slap it together and go flog it all day but they plan to rebuild it over and over, not sure if that's what you're going for tho. Strokers aren't the average easy on the bearing build.

You should be pretty safe dropping your jets a bit and still be rich.

When you heat cycle let the bike fully warm up and when you let it cool let it cool all the way down to albient temp. After that just don't go WOT for a couple tanks.

I think the E85 needs to run rich from what I have seen and heard. Have not run this myself but the word around is to up jet for the E85 fuel. You are probably not so "too" rich at 190/65.
What is the compression reading?

With e85 you can run silly high compression.

Whoops! I missed that! Thank you bonesv

Haven't tuned e85 on a scoot. But yes it will require bigger jets.
Disregard my jetting comment.

Maybe they aren't but I keep trying to sway them.
