great build quality, its faster than my 01 vino. it has the honda dio drivetrain with a hydralic fork and a disk brake. even with shipping from FLA. to MI. I think its the best deal out on a 2 stroke scoot now.

Is the title for a motorcycle or a scooter, ie do u need motorcycle license and insurance etc since it goes 40 mph?
