How Do I Get To The Direction Wires?

Folks, we're new owners of an '86 Spree. We need to reverse the wires in the directional switch (they are working "backwards"). How do I take it apart to get to the wires. The service manual does not address this. Thanks very much, Steve

Remove the front cover on the front of the scooter, where the horn is and if you look there you will fine the wires
your looking for. There is ONE nut on the front and one bolt on each side towards the bottom, by the front fender
Looks like maybe someone just hooked them up wrong, They do have plugs on the wires.
LOOK for a light blue , a grey, and an orange wire, make sure they are plugged in the right way , those are the turn signal wires for the front.
The back ones are the wires that go into the top of the rear light assembly.
They should pull up slightly to see the plugs on them ore right, DON'T PULL REAL HARD.
They come out enough to see them.
