I can get to 68 mph in the 1/8 mile.
That is with 8.4 gears, a 90/90 tire and a ZX Trans
given a 1/4 mile I can get the speed up to 74mph.
that's turning about 11k rpms

I think the ZX Trans will hinder top speed goals.

I think so too Mr Jamz. The stock trans it's a lot lighter. but it does tend to slip. :?

What peak rpm are you shooting for out of the motor?

Shoot for 14.5k-15k. Gonna have to make a pipe that will make power that high up. At least to 14k.

awesome thanks for the input! I am having a batch of scorpions built right now, and the pip is going to be specific for my build. I'll tell him I'm shooting for that. Wasn't really sure how high to shoot for on a stroker. Im sure it will be short lived. Any help on this build from the talented tuners is extremely appreciated. :worship:

I'll have the mag lightened when the block gets cut too
Hi G. What mm crank are you putting in? What mm cylinder are you using?

I'm planning on building a stroker too, but I'm also confused on which way to go. What did you mean by going 114cc because the parts are better quality? Is the 50mm crank better than the 52.6? Why? Is it because you don't have to bore out the cases as much, so you don't bore into the case bolt holes? It it made by a better manufacturer? Why are the timings so wacky on some kits and how to avoid the unfixable ones? Does every stroker run super hot and should I just go water cooled? Should I have my crank balanced before installing? I have so many questions!!!!!!
