This is kind of a hard question to answer. Stroker cylinders will vary in port layout, so aggressive porting on one maybe mild on another. When you port your cylinder its to best match your pipe. A cylinder is easier for most to tune and its fairly straight forward. Tools required are a dremel, calipers and a steady hand. Tuning a pipe requires welding and rolling.... all sorts of other tools and sharper skills. A steadier hand.

The best thing you could do would be to take measurements of your cylinders ports, maybe even post a port map. Either myself or anyone that I emailed the porting calculator to could help you get your timings dialed in.

The above is for porting a cylinder. If you're talking about porting your cases than there are several threads here with pictures of ported and flowed cases.

Greetings:

I have NO first-hand knowledge, but others here have posted that deleting the splitter in the intake port is a Bad Idea. They say that long strip of thin Aluminum won't seal to the cylinder base, producing an air leak as Swim said. For the minimal restriction to airflow that an Artfully Carved splitter might cause, it's not worth the risk of making your crankcase useless.
